Driven by a strong desire for economic development, the Congolese government decided to build a modern polytechnic university that provides technical training to supplement the existing teaching at the University of Brazzaville program. This project takes into account the fact that the program elements are positioned so that it adapts to the natural topography separately.
Covering an area of 190 hectares, the site chosen is very accessible and is located on the northern edge of Brazzaville in Kintélé along the Congo River. This project is designed to adapt to the African reality by offering technically accessible and energy efficient simple solutions, without harming the image of contemporary international architecture as requested by the client. This will ensure a high level of comfort, adjusted to the project site and the local culture and its people, has enabled the project architects to propose solutions.
